There is room for 5 generations of ancestors on both sides of the family, and space for some siblings, between each set of parents. There is an area to add new children as they are born, and note important dates (births, deaths, etc.). If you look at the gallery above, you can see an example (from a similar chart I made) that shows where you can add your brothers and sisters. Most ancestry charts don’t have room for siblings, so this one is pretty special. The 4 red circles in the corners can display photographs of favorite relatives (parents, children, grandparents, Adam’s Family characters, etc.), or you can use them to feature interesting snippets of family history.
If you have children, there’s an area at the bottom where you can feature them, or other interesting notes relevant to your family’s journey (births, marriages, deaths, family names). This is a stunning gift for historians, genealogy buffs or a newly married couple interested in family history. This beautiful genealogy chart comes blank and ready to turn into a family heirloom.
This image was adapted from a combination of some of my favorite scanned vintage documents. (I love to collage antique ephemera)
